FP&A/Corporate Finance - One of London's most successful privately-owned Real Estate / Property Investment companies with high profile international property JV fund, has an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Accountant (Corporate Finance) in Corporate Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis for its investment portfolio (Property deals £20-100m). Likely salary £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus.
Reporting to, and working closely with, the CFO and the FP&A Manager, this is a key role in the investment process, from initial analysis of new assets through to completion and beyond. The role will involve:
- Financial modelling and analysis of potential investments and disposals and support the funding process
- Investments and disposals process working with tax and legal advisors and help coordinate the workflow
- Preparing reports and ad-hoc analysis/topics for presentation to the Board, internal and external stakeholders
- Financial planning and reporting for the full portfolio including all refurbishment and capital projects
- Production of portfolio KPIs including occupancy, income, capex and other ad-hoc property asset reports
- Quarterly asset and market performance reports on all assets under management
- Prepare bank reports including project development plans and covenant testing
- Work with tax, legal and other professional advisers, manage the information flow and involvement in market research
The successful candidate will have 1-2+ years' post-qualified experience (ACA, ACMA, CIMA, ACCA), with a strong background in FP&A or Corporate Finance and Financial Modelling. Exposure to the Real Estate sector and will be useful. Prospects are excellent in this high profile role for a high calibre candidate.
