Seeks experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller.
Sole role to run its finance function.
Working alongside the CEO and Property Manager, the role will include:
- Run the day to day accounts on MRI Qube
- Manage tenants accounts receivable, collection of any arrears
- Service charge accounting and raise invoices for rent and insurance
- Reconcile loan transactions, interest and intercompany transfers
- Manage accounts payable with supplier reconciliations
- Reconcile VAT for group companies and submit quarterly returns
- Prepare quarterly reports for investors
- Liaise with external accountants for year-end
This Finance Manager / Financial Controller / Client Accountant role requires an Accountant experienced in Property management, ideally with MRI Qube knowledge.
