NW London - SME Property Investment company (£100m portfolio of residential and commercial assets) is seeking a Financial Controller / Head of Finance for a hands-on role.
This Financial Controller / Head of Finance role will include:
- Report to the MD and liaise with the Owners
- Oversee one part time bookkeeper / ledger clerk
- Preparing statutory accounts for various entities/SPVs
- Corporation tax returns and family tax returns
- Management accounts and quarterly management reporting
- Monthly KPI reporting
- Bank liaison and reporting
- Service charge accounting
- VAT, ATED and payroll responsibilities
- Various reconciliations and rent collection
- Work with Sage and Xero
- Liaise with advisors on ad hoc projects and restructuring
- Liaise with Property Manager re property and tenant issues
This Financial Controller / Head of Finance role will require a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA), ideally from the Property sector (or with Property clients), keen to work in a long term role in a small well-established company in NW London.
