Payroll Supervisor - This well established privately owned Payroll Bureau in Watford, with a growing portfolio of customers, is looking to recruit a Payroll Supervisor to report to the MD and overseeing a small team, while offering a first class service to over 300 clients. As Payroll Supervisor, you will oversee the payroll team, ensuring the accurate and timely payments of salaries for their clients. Responsibilities include:
Processing the payroll from start to finish for all monthly and weekly paid staff.
Calculating and deducting all statutory requirements which include SMP, SPP, SSP, RTI, HMRC regulations
Assist with the accurate and timely completion of the P11D return.
Act as the focal point for employee payroll/pension queries
Facilitate the monthly reconciliation and payment of employee/employer contribution
Payroll administration for new starter and leavers.
Dealing with queries from clients
Assist in the preparation of monthly reports
The successful candidate will have previous experience of processing the payroll from start to finish in a bureau environment. Sage payroll exposure would be useful. You must be fully proficient in auto enrolment and have strong reporting and communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small friendly team in a pleasant working environment.
