Job Description

Sales Ledger Clerk - Our client is a long established business near London Bridge, sourcing and supplying high quality products for the major Retail sector. Accounts Assistant - Our client is a long established business near London Bridge, sourcing and supplying high quality products for the major Retail sector.  They are looking to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their small finance team. Key tasks include: 

  • Generating sales invoices for retail customers and posting them on the system
  • Processing and allocating payment receipts
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Sending out statements
  • Dealing with a variety of customer payment queries. 

The role will suit an experienced Accounts Assistant with exposure to sales ledger and strong communication skills as well as a good track record in a similar role within a small to medium size business. Sage or Xero experience would be useful. This is an excellent stable opportunity to join an interesting organisation.
