We are committed to protecting your personal information and will make every effort to ensure your CV is kept secure. In order for us to provide you with an efficient service we may be required to pass on information to third parties as part of the recruitment process. By submitting your personal information, you are explicitly authorising us to disclose information provided by you to outside third parties for the purpose of finding you a job. We will use our best endeavours to ensure that the information you submit to us remains private and is only used for the purposes outlined herein.

At Arlington Resource Management Ltd, we take your privacy very seriously and this means that we will hold your personal information under the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulations 2016 (GDPR), effective May 2018.
For the purpose of GDPR, the data controller is Arlington Resource Management Ltd.
We treat data and personal information with the utmost care and confidentiality.  We keep all information on a secure database on external cloud servers, hosted in a secured, manned 24/7 environment with authorized only access, based in the UK.  All servers are behind a hardware firewall with ACL’s restricting access. All data stored on our cloud server is secured via Active Directory and strong passwords are enforced, with restricted and monitored access.  Our database security includes user permissions, password control on access and password control on data export.
When unoccupied, our offices are locked and secured and the building is locked and alarmed with restricted access.
The personal information we keep about you is your CV, email address, telephone number, address, salary level, copy ID and any supporting documentation sent by you.   We do not keep candidate bank details. We keep this personal information purely for the purposes of finding jobs for candidates.
We keep client details including company information and job details purely for the purpose of finding candidates for jobs.
Candidate and client information and data is not sold to any third party.  Candidate and client information is not transferred to any third party for any other reason other than job seeking and recruitment.

A cookie is a small data file which is sent from a web server to a web browser when that browser visits the server's site. Please note we use cookies on our site to make it function effectively. The cookies we use are anonymous i.e. no individual is identifiable within them. You can choose to turn off your cookies in your own browser, however you will lose some functionaility on our website
